Mastering the SMP
1. How do I join CrestMC?
You can join using the IP crestmc.xyz. If you are on Mobile (Bedrock/MCPE), use the Port 21876.
2. Why do I need to /register?
Since our server allows both Premium and Non-Premium (Cracked) accounts, registration is mandatory to protect your inventory and progress. Without a password, anyone could log in with your name!
3. How do I protect my house?
We use a 'Claim' system. Simply use a Golden Shovel to select two corners of your land. This prevents others from breaking your blocks or opening your chests.
4. Is the server lag-free in Kerala?
Yes! We host our servers on high-end hardware with nodes specifically optimized for Indian ISP routes (JIO, BSNL, VI). Our average ping for Kerala players is under 40ms.
5. Can I play on my phone with PC players?
Absolutely. CrestMC features full 'Geyser' support, meaning Java and Bedrock players can build, trade, and fight together seamlessly.
6. How do I get more items?
Check out our /shop and /ah (Auction House). You can earn money by selling farmed items or participating in community events.
7. What happens when I die?
We have a Grave System. When you die, a grave is created at your location. You have 30 minutes to get back and retrieve your items before they disappear.
8. Are there custom mods?
Yes! We have custom gear, unique biomes, and over 50+ plugins that add features you won't find in vanilla Minecraft.
9. How do I report a player?
Join our Discord at /discord and open a ticket. Our 24/7 staff will assist you.
